Virtual Items and Server Features

All purchases made through our store provide access to virtual content on the server only. You do not obtain ownership of any ranks, items, abilities, currencies, cosmetics, or other server features.

As the server continues to develop, we may adjust, rebalance, replace, or remove any feature, item, rank, ability, or game mechanic at any time to improve gameplay, maintain server stability, comply with Minecraft's policies, or for other operational reasons.

If a purchased feature is permanently removed, we may choose to provide a suitable replacement, equivalent content, or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that server content may change over time and that specific features are not guaranteed to remain unchanged forever.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with a purchase, please contact staff before opening a payment dispute.

Fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks may result in the permanent suspension of your account and the removal of all purchased content. We reserve the right to deny future purchases and access to the server for users who abuse the chargeback system.
